Within a joyful, energetic and encouraging environment, kids are introduced into basic technical dance steps. Through playful dance exercises and storytelling we work on rhythm, spatial coordination and bodily awareness. We develop strength, flexibility and stamina. Kids explore how to express themselves physically, connect with others through dance and build confidence.
