Movement Background

I hold a Master of Arts in Contemporary Dance from London Contemporary Dance School and a BA in Dance Teaching (Athens). Before fully committing to the dance path, I also completed a BA in Primary Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. This diverse academic and pedagogical background shapes my teaching, allowing me to work with people from a wide range of movement backgrounds and levels of experience.

Since 2011, I have taught dance internationally, in settings ranging from community studios to university degree programs, including Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam and PERA School of Performing Arts in Cyprus.

Performance

I’ve had the joy of performing in theatre, museums, and site-specific works, collaborating with artists such as Anne Fehres & Luke Conroy, Ingrid Berger Myhre, Rosemary Lee, Simon Whitehead, Hannes Langolf, David Zambrano, Amy Toner, Grace Nicol, Ted Stoffer, Athanasia Kanellopoulou, and Harry Koushos, among others.

I also worked in Dancing Museums II (2019–2021) with Dansateliers Rotterdam and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, engaging in choreographic research by Ingrid Berger Myhre, residencies, and performances in museums including Stedelijk Museum Schiedam (NL) and Bundekunsthalle, Bonn (DE).

Yoga

I am a certified yoga teacher (200-hour RYT, Hatha-Raja & Vinyasa), trained at Indaba Yoga School in London under the guidance of Ambra Vallo. I also teach Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, having completed the Poppy Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training with Charlie Speller.

Pilates

I recently completed my Reformer Pilates certification with Emily Smith at Balanzs Studio and am currently training in Mat Pilates through Polestar Pilates, a program known for its evidence-based approach to movement, biomechanics, and rehabilitation.

Why Work With Me

My teaching is informed by academic training, performance experience, and an ongoing commitment to deepening my understanding of movement, anatomy, and body intelligence. Every class is designed to help you move with awareness, feel grounded in your body, and discover the joy of movement—whatever your experience or background.
